By creating an account or using RunHome, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

RunHome is a household management platform that helps families organize shopping, chores, meals, expenses, calendars, habits, and more. The service is available as a free tier with limited features and a paid Pro subscription with full access.

Data within a household is shared among all household members. By inviting someone to your household, you consent to sharing your household data with them. Household admins can remove members and manage household settings.

New households receive a 14-day free trial of Pro features. No credit card is required. After the trial ends, the household reverts to the Free tier unless a subscription is purchased.

RunHome uses third-party AI services (Anthropic, OpenAI) to power features like smart nudges, receipt scanning, and meal suggestions. AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying AI outputs before acting on them.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of RunHome is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all content you upload to RunHome.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings, which permanently removes all your data.

12. Limitation of Liability

RunHome is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
